is it all in my head?

my reflection shoots
off glass
or a small piece of metal
in an unknowing spot in one slow rush
I feel as if I have been here before
In this exact place
at this exact time.
Like I have seen this life before
or that I dreamed this very instant once.
It's not deja vu.
It's insanely real
it's unnerving.
I quickly snap out of it
and back to a monotonous task of some sort
quickly looking back
to see if my self is still there
giving a quick wink
disappearing into nothing.
